Job Description
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, improving & enhancing our Salesforce platform in support of the execution of the internal Enterprise Systems roadmap. The Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of system management including support tickets and implementing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority. This role is critical in ensuring system maintenance, that features align with organizational goals and internal customer needs.
As a member of our growing team, many of the Salesforce Administrator, duties include, but are not limited to the following: Sandbox environment management, Proactive system maintenance, Correct errors and debug logs for any issues, Identify unused or underutilized platform features, Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, etc. Translate requirements into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience and in support of internal customers.
