The Marketing Programs Lead acts as the connective tissue across the entire marketing function, owning program execution, team coordination, strategic initiatives, and operational rigor. You'll be responsible for ensuring cornerstone campaigns run smoothly and cross-functional initiatives land with impact. You will also support the CMO with budget management, ensuring Paddle stays efficient and high-impact, and take on special strategic projects driving critical evolution. The responsibilities include leading our planning rhythm, coordinating complex cross-functional marketing programs assisting with Marketing Ops & Analytics partnership, leveraging AI tools, budget coordination and cross-functional alignment.
