Underwriting Operations Business/Product Owner

Drive strategic priorities across the enterprise, analyze customer/employee journeys, and identify improvement opportunities to drive strategic priorities across the enterprise. Partner to identify Operational and Tech initiatives required to support Underwriting (UW) across the enterprise and to incorporate Strategic Analytics capabilities into Operations workflows. Advise on transformation initiative prioritizations and drive business desires, outcomes and requirements, bringing market insights to inform business priorities. Partner to drive improvement in the Customer Experience (CX)/Employee Experience (EX) journeys, implement technology and analytics-enabled workflows, and implement automation strategies. Participate in the development of the Triangulation COE to support enterprise-wide business objectives. Proven experience in the development of Underwriting Systems is required.
