Insurance Risk Management Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the comprehensive insurance framework and risk strategy for the portfolio.
• Guide leadership on coverage decisions and standardize processes for scalable insurance operations.
• Act as the definitive subject matter expert and primary coordinator between Intersect and Google.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Translate technical project details into clear insurance requirements and coverage rationale.
• Ensure seamless data, documentation, and requirement flow between all internal and external stakeholders.
• Support insurance placement, contract reviews, and compliance across all projects.

Operational & Financial Management:

• Maintain the internal insurance data room, policy documentation, and Certificate of Insurance requests.
• Support premium reviews, internal audits, and facilitate claims processes with accurate documentation.
• Manage the insurance budget, premium forecasting, and evaluate cost versus coverage value.
