Product Design Team Lead

Shape how Atomi looks, feels and works for its users, lead a small team of product designers while also working hands-on in one of the product squads. Define the design direction, create excellent user experiences, and work closely with product, engineering and other teams to bring great ideas to life. You’ll also play a big part in building a positive, inclusive team culture that values quality, learning and collaboration. This is a hands-on role, with roughly a 65/35% split between hands-on and people management. Set the product design strategy and make sure it aligns with our goals and what users actually need. Manage and support product designers -- giving feedback, coaching and helping them do their best work.
