As Atomi’s Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the face of Atomi for many of our customers, providing solution-focused, front-line support that helps educators and students get the most from our platform. Every query is different, which means your days will be varied and full of opportunities to learn.
As a Sr. Account Executive you'll work to grow Atomi’s reach across Victoria. You’ll work help schools discover Atomi, show them how it transforms teaching and learning, and guide them through the journey from first conversation to long-term partnership. Using curiosity and insight you'll strive to understand school needs, find solutions, and build trusted relationships.
In this role, you’ll guide a group of content creators to design and publish engaging social sciences courses for high school students and teachers across Australia. Your focus will be twofold: supporting people to do their best work, and making sure projects land on time and to a high standard.
As a School Success Manager who’s passionate about improving education and skilled at building trusted relationships, you’ll be the key partner for schools using Atomi. You’ll help them roll out the platform, embed it into their teaching and learning practices, and achieve meaningful results for students and teachers. You’ll work closely with school leaders and teachers to drive impact.
