Revenue Integrity Reimbursement Auditor

Baptist Health is looking for a Revenue Integrity Reimbursement Auditor. Duties include researching denials and payment variances, including audits from Medicare and Medicaid programs. The role involves analyzing payor contract terms, provider manuals, and understanding reimbursement methodologies. Recovery efforts on reimbursement discrepancies will be performed, monitoring disputes until resolution. Strategies will be developed to improve reimbursement at the corporate and/or facility level. Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and five years of healthcare experience with two years in revenue cycle, or in lieu of a degree, eight years of healthcare experience with five years in revenue cycle. Requires knowledge of medical terminology and payor reimbursement guidelines.
