DevOps Analyst-Salesforce

As a Salesforce DevOps Analyst at Aledade, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and seamless deployment of our Salesforce-based solutions. You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, automating testing processes, managing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting environment management within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with developers, admins, and product owners to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions. Primary duties include developing and maintaining automated and manual test scripts for Salesforce applications. Conducting functional, regression, integration, user acceptance testing, and more. Collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes using tools like Gearset, Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX. You will also monitor and manage Salesforce environments and releases, implement DevOps best practices, analyze test results, and ensure compliance with policies and data security standards.
