Marketing Coordinator

Campaign Execution & Marketing Support:

• Assist with day-to-day marketing initiatives across multiple markets
• Build and execute email campaigns using Klaviyo, maintaining our brand voice
• Support ticketing platforms, including link creation, promo codes, and campaign tracking.

Content & Project Coordination:

• Coordinate cross-functional communications with internal teams, vendors, and partners
• Track and manage tasks for the design team using project management tools
• Update the company website and assist in content management.

Administrative & Operational Support:

• Manage administrative marketing tasks, including reporting, planning, and organization
• Work independently while collaborating with the broader marketing team to execute projects efficiently
