Senior Building Energy and Emissions Auditor

The Senior Building Energy & Emissions Auditor will be accountable for directing auditors in the examination and review of GHG emission reports, Energy Audits and Retro-commissioning reports, and supporting documentation for compliance. Further responsibilities include assigning work, monitoring team and individual auditor workload, and screening incoming jobs for completeness. The candidate will translate business needs into technical documentation that supports the Department’s business processes such as standard operating procedures, reference/user guides, fact sheets, bulletins, service notices, etc. They will research complex technical issues, issuing interpretations, and responding to inquiries submitted by the industry with respect to the requirements for energy efficiency Reports, GHG emissions reports, and other technical reports.
