Nurse Practitioner

The Opportunity:

• You will be a frontline clinician on the Balance care team, managing your own panel of adolescent patients.
• You will practice under physician oversight, prescribing GLP-1 therapy and designing care plans.
• This is a part-time, flexible role that grows with the program.

What You'll Own:

• You will complete patient intake, order labs, and review results.
• You will design individualized care plans and manage ongoing care including medication.
• You will coordinate with dietitians, health coaches, and physicians.

Experience You'll Need:

• Active NP license and prescriptive authority.
• Comfort caring for adolescents and interest in obesity medicine.
• Strong written communication and ability to work in a distributed telehealth team.

Time Commitment and Growth Trajectory:

• Part-time role starting at 20-80 hours per month.
• Compensation is $55-65 per hour plus incentives.
• Scales with patient panel growth.
