Product Desing

We are looking for a professional with experience as a Product Designer, whose mission is to work with CI&T for a company in the Banking segment. You will need to stay at the forefront of challenges, seeking new horizons in your discipline and how to apply the learnings in your daily work. Connecting to the client's front line, having a systemic view for a cross squad, understanding the problems and gaps, designing solutions, mobilizing the team, monitoring the result, and adjusting the plan will be your daily routine. You should feel comfortable acting autonomously and proactively.
