Back-End Developer (Braze CRM Experience)

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Back-End Developer with hands-on experience working with Braze CRM. This role is perfect for a backend-focused developer who is confident navigating service-oriented architecture and solving medium-sized engineering problems, while collaborating with teams across product, marketing and operations. You will be responsible for integrating Braze with internal platforms, building backend services that support multi-channel communication (Email, Push, IAM, Content Cards, WhatsApp) and ensuring CRM campaigns are scalable, data-driven and performant. Responsibilities include designing and implementing robust backend services and microservices to support CRM functionality; developing and maintaining integrations between Braze and internal platforms; supporting the build and optimization of campaign templates; collaborating with stakeholders; owning medium-sized technical problems; contributing to code reviews; documenting services; diagnosing performance issues; and supporting QA and deployment processes.
