Agile Project Manager

This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for someone who thrives in high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives and is passionate about agile delivery within technical environments. You’ll play a key role in driving the delivery of a mission-critical frontend rewrite, working closely with engineering, DevOps, design, and product teams. The role is best suited for someone organized, calm under pressure, and experienced in leading distributed engineering teams. You will drive the delivery of a mission-critical frontend rewrite by coordinating timelines, team capacity, and external dependencies. You will also act as the connective thread across frontend engineers, DevOps, design, and product teams to ensure aligned execution. This role requires to Facilitate agile ceremonies and establish a predictable delivery cadence, aiming for 2-4 completed sprints within the first 90 days. You will also monitor and improve team performance and delivery health through regular feedback loops, agile reporting, and hands-on coordination.
