Head of Technology and Product

Role Summary:

• The Head of Technology and Product for WeloData is a hands-on leader responsible for both product and engineering for this fast-growing service line.
• This is a build and scale mandate: the role owns strengthening platform reliability, release quality, monitoring, and product delivery.
• Working in close partnership with Welo Global's Technology team, and stakeholders within WeloData.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Build the next generation of WeloData's platform foundations: raise the bar on release quality, monitoring, and audit readiness.
• Define and execute the product and technology strategy for WeloData, shaping the domain's 2–3-year roadmap.
• Anticipate market, client, and technology trends to position WeloData as an industry leader in the rapidly evolving AI training data space.
• Lead product and technology professionals across geographies and build a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Extensive leadership experience in technology strategy, product development, and operations at scale, ideally within data, AI/ML, or SaaS domains.
• Skills: Deep knowledge of emerging technology trends in data, AI/ML, and cloud infrastructure; exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
