Responsibilities:

  • Deliver enrollment meetings, financial education sessions, and literacy meetings to plan sponsors and employees.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers on education campaigns to boost participation and deferral rates.
  • Travel as needed for new plan enrollments, with estimated travel up to 25%.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are preferred, with state insurance licenses required.
  • CFP or ChFC designations are desirable, and bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.
