Job Summary:
- Lead a team of Security Consultants ensuring timely triage, validation, and resolution of security submissions.
- Requires strong technical foundation in application security, incident response, and vulnerability assessment.
- Proven people leadership skills and ability to drive operational excellence.
Essential Duties:
- Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and performance management.
- Serve as subject matter expert in at least one security specialty and provide technical guidance.
- Drive operational excellence by measuring performance, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Security Operations, Application Security, or related field.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and experience with incident response and vulnerability triage.
