Responsibilities:
- Design a modular, on-demand online course on trauma-informed care and human rights.
- Develop one in-person curriculum according to the needs and assessments of the SALVUS framework.
- Collaborate with the project partners and other stakeholders to deliver the online and in-person training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic, or related field).
- At least three (3) years of experience in training or capacity-building, human rights and child rights perspective, preferably in CSA.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, child development, and the psychological impact of exposure to CSA content.
Skills:
- Strong facilitation skills for sensitive and emotionally demanding topics while maintaining professional boundaries and self-care.
- Ability to engage with diverse professional audiences and adapt training approaches to different institutional and cultural contexts.
- Ability to communicate complex psychological concepts clearly to non-clinical audiences.
