Who you are:
- You are an enthusiastic and experienced trainer.
- You wake up eager to connect with Community Health Workers and their Supervisors.
- You’ve mastered the content you teach and are constantly thinking about ways to better deliver material.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver monthly virtual trainings to new Community Health Workers.
- Deliver quarterly virtual trainings to Community Health Worker supervisors.
- Travel to different Community Health Worker organizations to provide on-site support.
What you bring:
- 2+ years of prior training and facilitation experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot in the moment and think on your feet.
