Senior Manager, Security Operations

We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Manager of Security Operations to lead, mature, and scale our Security Operations function. This leader will play a hands-on role in shaping detection and response, managing MSSP relationships, guiding investigations, and driving technical initiatives to reduce risk across Calendly. The role includes leading a team of security operations engineers responsible for detection engineering, incident response, threat intelligence, and monitoring. The role requires experience managing MSSPs, developing incident response processes, and staying on top of the evolving threat landscape.
