Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work in partnership with developers, designers, project managers and data analysts to propose scalable solutions that improve the journey and enhance business results, allowing users autonomy in their conversational experiences. You need to see the importance of teamwork, with a willingness to learn and grow at all times. You will be part of the multidisciplinary team that develops conversational applications and solutions for Blip clients and will be responsible for providing the best experience through digital interfaces, through understanding the needs of the client and considering the strategy of each product. We work with a product culture strengthened by the Design-driven pillar, with agile and autonomous teams to develop solutions according to evidence-based decision making, experimentation and focus on results.
