You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, research scientists, product managers, and tech leads to ensure that we are making product and technology decisions grounded in data. In this role, you will bring a deep understanding of user behavior into the development and evaluation of Spotifyβs foundational AI products.
Perform analyses on AI models and user behavior to help drive strategic and product decisions Define and report on key performance metrics to measure the health and success of our products ββDesign and analyze experiments and perform causal inference when A/B testing is not an option.
Contribute to novel methodologies for AI model evaluation and measurement, including offline evaluation and LLM-as-a-judge techniques Communicate complex technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
