What you'll be doing:
- Build and evolve shared AI capabilities, reusable services, and engineering accelerators.
- Design and implement production-grade AI systems including LLM-based experiences and retrieval pipelines.
- Create technical artifacts such as specs, evals, and interface definitions.
What we're looking for:
- At least 5+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade AI or data-intensive systems.
- Excellent Python programming skills and proficiency in Azure and AWS.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, tool use, and agents.
