Lead DevOps Engineer

The Role:

• Lead the design, provisioning, and operation of secure, scalable AWS infrastructure across multi-account environments.
• Build and develop a high-performing infrastructure engineering team, setting technical standards and mentoring engineers.
• Partner with application, security, and customer teams to ensure deployments are reliable, operational, and aligned with best practices.

Technical Ownership:

• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows.
• Drive cloud security hardening, least-privilege access, network segmentation, and disaster recovery.
• Support production migrations, cutovers, and post-migration stabilization with a focus on reducing risk.

Operational Maturity:

• Assess existing DevOps practices, identify gaps, and implement improvements to reduce technical debt.
• Establish monitoring, observability, incident response, and change management standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and engineering excellence across the team.
