Nurse Practitioner – Addiction Medicine

Schedule & Work Structure:

• Full-time: 30–40 hours per week
• Full-time schedules are fixed and may be structured as 3x10s, 4x8s, 4x10s, or 5x8s
• Paid Break Allotments depending on shift length

Qualifications:

• Active NP license in specified states
• 2 years of experience in an independent, outpatient setting where you regularly prescribed buprenorphine-based medications
• Strong patient-centered practice and ability to work autonomously

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $130,000–$140,000 (up to $145,000 in select HCOL markets) for 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
• W2 employment with health, dental, and vision coverage
• Advanced certification pay differentials eligible after 6 months
