Treatment Planning
Position Summary:
- Provide psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment to patients.
- Services provided remotely through telemedicine.
- Treat patients where they are and guide them to recovery.
Key Areas of Ownership:
- Completion of validated rating scales documentation and treatment plans.
- Care coordination for patients including psychological testing and medical referrals.
- Direct involvement with multidisciplinary team including PCP's, Pediatricians, and OB/GYN's.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence and New York State.
- 2+ years of experience as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider required.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
