• Provides litigation services and is responsible for all aspects of assigned Workers’ Compensation matters.
• Manages the entire legal process, from investigation and discovery though trial prep and court proceedings, depositions, site inspections, court hearings, trials, etc. and negotiating settlements as required with minimal supervision.
• Litigates workers’ compensation cases in California before all state and federal courts, administrative boards, and other court proceedings.

• Handle complex professional liability claims with an emphasis on legal malpractice claims.
• Evaluate coverage, assess risk transfer opportunities, analyze liability and damages.
• Manage litigation, negotiate, and ensure all files are appropriately reserved.
