Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage automated, resilient platforms with native-AI for IT.
- Build and operate the LGTM observability stack on Kubernetes via GitLab CI-CD.
- Manage IaC and CI-CD with Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, and Helm.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in DevOps/Automation with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker.
- 4+ years in LGTM stack development (Grafana, Mimir, Loki, Tempo) and Prometheus.
- 5+ years in Python scripting and GitLab CI/CD pipeline authoring.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow integration.
- Experience with Boomi iPaaS or AWS Well-Architected Framework.
