Product Manager (Trust & Safety)

What you'll do:

• Spearhead the product strategy for user protection, managing programmatic Org Verification, KYC processes, and Fraud Detection.
• Secure the user journey by shipping product changes to user onboarding for better verification while maintaining a seamless activation flow.
• Ship internal tooling to empower support teams to quickly identify and take action on bad actors.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of product management experience in Trust & Safety, Fintech, or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Proven track record of developing and launching risk mitigation, identity verification (KYC/KYB), or fraud detection features.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, data protection principles, and SEO fundamentals related to platform-generated spam.
