About the Role:
- Set and evolve Lime's social strategy, channel priorities, and editorial principles.
- Lead the integrated approach across organic social, creator partnerships, and paid social.
- Define a measurement framework and use audience and performance insights to guide priorities.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in social media or integrated marketing with complex campaigns.
- Strong measurement and analytical skills, with experience defining KPIs and improving outcomes.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, culture, and platform-native creative.
