Job Description

Lead all Special Projects initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with MC&FP priorities. Develop platform optimization strategies, including feature testing, content pilots, and workflow improvements. Drive niche audience expansion initiatives, including segmentation analysis and emerging-channel exploration. Oversee short-form content strategy and operationalize content experiments across channels. Manage partnerships across internal teams (analytics, cyber/IT, creative, content, product) to accelerate innovation. Integrate project results, metrics, and dashboards into the O&E Dashboard framework. Prepare executive-level presentations, insights, and recommendations. Identify new opportunities for modernization, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and performance indicators. Ensure all activities align with governance, quality, accessibility, and compliance requirements.
