Job Description
This role owns the intake, coordination, and delivery of high-value customer requests.
You will partner with cross-functional teams—including Commercial, Security, Privacy, Compliance, Product, Finance, and Legal—to ensure timely, high-quality responses.
Driving rigorous RFP and diligence responses, smooth onboarding, and strengthened customer trust.
Ensuring alignment on prioritization and resourcing.
Maintaining and enhancing an internal knowledge base/content library.
Overseeing a centralized intake process with standardized workflows and clear SLAs.
Knowledge of customer and third-party risk management best practices.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
