Technical Vision:
- Set the technical foundation and direction for frontend architecture across web and mobile.
- Evolve the design system, component libraries, and build/CI tooling.
- Ensure the frontend stack is performant, scalable, and developer-friendly.
Collaboration and Impact:
- Partner with design, product, and engineering to deliver consistent user experiences.
- Contribute backend changes in Python/GraphQL when needed to unblock platform work.
- Lead cross-team initiatives and mentor engineers to scale impact.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on frontend engineering.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern tooling; React Native preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of GraphQL and ability to contribute to backend services.
