The Field Support Specialist provides quality care and client satisfaction, while also providing oversite and supervision of home care professionals who serve the clients they oversee. The FSS ensures that caregivers are successfully onboarded, trained and supervised following company policies and procedures as well as assisting the branch with other various needs. The FSS will participate in planning and accomplishing branch and company goals as directed by the Branch Manager and Regional Vice President.
Duties include being the first point of contact for clients and industry partners, providing excellent customer service, taking phone inquiries, scheduling and performing in-home assessments, writing care plans, ensuring best caregiver-client matches, performing caregiver orientation, completing observation visits, and collaborating with the Caregiver Manager.
This role will require travel as appropriate, approximately 90% of the time, with occasional evenings and weekends. It requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, keyboarding, and driving.
