Role Responsibilities:

  • Set and manage budget, forecasts, and channel mix with full accountability for CAC, payback, and ROAS targets.
  • Partner with Performance Creative Designer to design, test, and iterate creative across video, static, and motion.
  • Work with Analytics and BI to build measurement and attribution infrastructure like MMP implementation and server-side tracking.

Team Integration:

  • Work side-by-side with Creative, Content, Lifecycle, Analytics, and Affiliate teammates to hit aggressive growth targets.
  • Partner with Kraken's performance marketing team to trade frameworks, channel learnings, and live test results.
  • Translate test learnings into repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and documentation for the marketing org.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a track record of running paid acquisition at scale.
  • Deep hands-on experience across major performance channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, X, and programmatic.
  • Strong command of attribution, MMPs, and incrementality measurement, with analytical depth in spreadsheets and SQL-adjacent work.
