Job Description

Campaign Execution:

  • Build and deploy e-cards and e-newsletters within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Write and prepare engaging copy and assets for email, website, and social media channels.
  • Test hotel offers and actively liaise with hotel teams to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Campaign Management:

  • Maintain the weekly campaign plan and Asana schedules to ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare monthly reports to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Required Experience:

  • 3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or CRM.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills (DEs, Journeys, builds).
  • Excellent copywriting ability and attention to detail.
