Financial Controller

We’re looking for a full-stack finance & accounting generalist who can handle everything from entering journal entries to building better forecasting tools and owning our budgeting process. This role is an individual contributor and will take ownership of all day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, and month-end close. You’ll also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and process automation. Responsibilities include bookkeeping & accounting in QBO, managing filings, managing AP/AR using Plooto, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, leading month-end close, maintaining financials tracking sheets, administering payroll via Wagepoint, partnering with the Head of Ops to maintain department budgets, building and updating forecasts, streamlining expense reporting, and preparing board-ready financials.
