Senior Director, Software Engineering

The Senior Director of Software Engineering is responsible for leading SASE product development teams to achieve core business objectives. This role acts as a manager of managers, driving strategic leadership across multiple products or product lines, and collaborating with business and engineering leadership to set and meet performance goals. Recent leadership position in developing SASE solution is required and should have in depth knowledge about building Proxy services for SWG and ZTNA to support SASE platform. Clear understanding of supporting a Utility Cloud Based and Multitenant SASE solution and working knowledge of DevOps workstreams, like CI/CD systems is needed. Strong hands-on leadership experience to solve customer incidents in SASE domain is expected.
