Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end grant report production, coordinating with leadership.
- Synthesize program updates and financial data into cohesive narratives.
- Maintain a reporting calendar and manage internal deadlines.
Budget Translation & Management:
- Bridge accounting outputs and grant budget tracking.
- Identify budget variances and develop modification proposals.
- Maintain a budget tracker in partnership with finance team.
Coordination:
- Build and maintain internal systems for collecting updates.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership on framing progress.
- Flag risks, whether a deadline is at risk, or spend is off.
