Responsibilities:
- Prepares budgets and budget justifications.
- Communicates with faculty members, postdoctoral staff and graduate students.
- Understands program announcements and terms & conditions for each agency.
Post-Award Tasks:
- Facilitates PI submission of annual progress reports and close-out documents.
- Monitors personnel effort allocation, updating salary information using Labor Accounting.
- Coordinates with department administrators concerning personnel on grants.
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Capable to plan and prioritize a diverse workload, creatively solve problems, take initiative and function autonomously.
