Senior Security Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Security Engineer to help scale and strengthen the security posture across infrastructure, product, and operations. The role involves working cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and compliance teams to ensure systems meet the highest standards, particularly around frameworks like SOC 2. This role includes a hands-on role in proactively identifying vulnerabilities, improving internal security processes, and assisting with customer-facing security conversations. The responsibilities include designing and enforcing technical security policies, collaborating with engineering teams on threat modeling, code reviews, vulnerability scanning, and building tools to detect threats and automate compliance. The role also supports SOC 2 and other compliance efforts, provides guidance to the internal IT team, and partners with internal teams to ensure secure design and deployment of new products. Lastly, the role acts as a security point of contact to address customer needs and contributes to incident response processes.
