Own independent scenario modeling across acquisition channels, cohorts, and customer types.
Conduct LTV/CAC analysis, retention curve modeling, and cohort-level customer economics reporting.
Translate raw performance data into a point of view with recommendations.
Partner with founders and leadership to shape growth and marketing strategy.

Requirements:

Think like a marketer and a finance person, and model like an analyst.
Experience with DTC or subscription business metrics (LTV, CAC, NDR, cohort analysis).
SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
Finance knowledge to read and build financial statements.
