Job Description
Working with CI&T involves serving a client in the financial market and providing support in the technical leadership of the team to realize deploys in an agile manner and with high quality. You will need practical experience in backend development using Java 11, Java 21, and Springboot. Knowledge of automated testing is a plus. Proficiency with PostgreSQL databases and Cloud AWS is necessary. Soft skills include knowledge of agile development practices, resilience in the face of challenges, acting as a partner to the client, understanding their objectives, and proposing solutions. Effective communication with team members is vital for constructive feedback.
