340B Compliance Analyst

Scope of Position:

• Supports the management of the organization's 340B Drug Pricing Program.
• Serves as a liaison between pharmacy, finance, IT, and compliance teams.
• Ensures accurate reporting and adherence to regulations.

Position Summary:

• Responsible for 340B Program auditing, compliance, and reporting.
• Builds reports from electronic health records and third-party software.
• Performs periodic 340B audits to validate compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant 340B experience preferred, or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
