E-Content Specialist

Your Opportunity:

• Help build and maintain a comprehensive Global Knowledge Base to ensure accurate linking to full text.
• Establish quality data feeds with external partners and take ownership of collection maintenance.
• Resolve internal and external issues through root-cause analysis and proactive solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Build strong relationships with global providers to resolve data issues and obtain required metadata.
• Analyze publisher-supplied metadata for completeness and accuracy, proactively identifying gaps.
• Create and maintain collections, manage metadata, and develop internal documentation for data transformation.

• Join a team of about 30 people in the Global Knowledge Base Team within Product Management.

About You:

• 2+ years experience with large datasets, metadata, or electronic resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and working with datasets exceeding 50,000 rows.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
