Provide expertise on system architecture, design, implementation, testing, delivery, and operation of premium EBSCO products.
Work directly with product management and your team while analyzing and decomposing complex software requirements into simple user stories for planning and execution.
Be a technical leader for product features, ensuring that development activities are coordinated throughout the development cycle achieving scalable, automated solutions for our customer base.
Serve as the primary architect with a deep understanding of the EIS proprietary search platform, and design and implement the roadmap to a modern, scalable cloud-native search solution
Champion the adoption of advanced search capabilities including vector embeddings, hybrid search, NLP, relevancy optimization, and end-to-end observability and telemetry for search performance
Provide expert-level guidance in tuning OpenSearch clusters, including indexing strategies, data modeling, query optimization, and data lifecycle management
Sell EBSCO Books products and services to assigned accounts through telephone, e-mail, and virtual meetings
Achieve sales quota(s) for given fiscal year as determined by Sales Management
Recommend product and workflow/service solutions to increase library efficiency by providing support, training, information, and data driven guidance to assigned libraries
