The Sales Development Representative (SDR) utilizes a combination of telephone calls and email follow-up to contact prospects to develop potential sales leads for the sales team. The SDR is also responsible for the documentation of their prospecting efforts. This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories)

As a Software Engineer, you will work on an Agile development team building, testing and deploying great products and services for our customers. You will create information products and services that inform the world, advancing research in traditional and emerging fields and transforming learning and education. As a member of an Agile development team, you will design, develop and demonstrate software in 1- or 2-week iterations.

As a Software Engineer II, you will be building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Your core responsibility will be backend development, including crafting APIs, implementing business logic, and integrating complex databases and external services, with contributions to front-end architecture as needed. You will lead by example, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on an agile development team building, testing, and deploying products and services for our customers. You will also help maintain, triage, and extend our existing CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and cloud (AWS /Kubernetes ) infrastructure. This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories ).

The Sales Specialist is responsible for being the SaaS Sales Team expert in support of driving new revenue, including working the full sales cycle from prospecting and demo to closing of the sale in collaboration with the local Sales team.
