Job Description
As the ESG & Corporate Officer, you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives across our global operations. You will work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners to embed our ESG strategy into core business practices—ensuring regulatory compliance, operational sustainability, and reputational integrity.
ESG Strategy & Policy Development includes maintaining the company-wide ESG policy and managing collection and reporting of ESG KPIs.
ESG governance involves preparing materials for ESG governance structures and Environmental Sustainability includes working with external consultants to monitor GHG emissions and implement decarbonization plans.
Social Responsibility requires collaborating with procurement and HR teams to manage responsible supply chain practices and ensure representation across workforce, while Governance & Compliance involves monitoring new ESG regulations and implementing mitigation strategies.
Reporting & Communication means producing annual ESG reports and responding to questionnaires from investors and partners.
