Senior Designer

About the Role:

• Degreed is looking for a Senior Designer to bring the next chapter of our brand to life, working across brand and marketing touchpoints.
• This hands-on creative role involves translating complex ideas about workforce transformation and AI into clear, human, and memorable work.

Key Skills:

• Experience in graphic design, brand design, and digital design with a strong portfolio across campaign, social, and presentation work.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems, with proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and work in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create brand and marketing design across campaigns, social, web, events, and executive storytelling.
• Evolve Degreed's visual identity, building templates and reusable assets for AI tools.
• Use AI-first workflows to speed up production and free time for high-value creative thinking.
