Role Overview:
- Translate machine learning research into domain-specific solutions for permitting.
- Own applied research across CV, LLMs, multi-modal learning, and agentic AI.
Responsibilities:
- Lead experiments from framing questions to shipping production systems.
- Shape technical direction and identify high-impact opportunities.
- Interface with stakeholders and make pragmatic trade-off calls.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years applied AI research experience with production deployment.
- Deep expertise in training models from scratch with PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Strong software engineering skills and comfort with cloud platforms.
