Senior Software Engineer, Kubernetes

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our CoreWeave Kubernetes Service (CKS) team — the core of CoreWeave's infrastructure stack. In this role, you’ll help scale and evolve one of the largest Kubernetes environments in the industry. As a Senior Engineer, you’ll deliver impactful features, improve system performance and reliability, and grow into a key technical contributor. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support Kubernetes-based infrastructure that powers CoreWeave’s products at scale. Design and build applications and Kubernetes operators in Go. Create and maintain custom Kubernetes interfaces and orchestration tooling. Develop observability solutions using the Grafana ecosystem (e.g., Loki, VictoriaMetrics) to monitor reliability and performance. Enable our customers’ AI workloads to run better on our cloud by developing differentiating features within our Kubernetes stack. Contribute to CoreWeave’s leadership in AI-focused open source projects. Participate in incident response and on-call rotations, contributing to a culture of operational excellence. Collaborate across teams to integrate platform capabilities and support internal product needs. Continuously seek areas of technical improvement, advocating for performance, security, and reliability enhancements.
